SUC0002 Crankshaft quality machine tool set

Using the principle of dynamic balance, through the computer measurement control system, the equipment for identifying the center inertial spindle of the crankshaft(commonly known as the center axis of quality) and processing the center hole on this axis is found.
Quality determination can effectively reduce the initial unbalance measurement after crankshaft machining, so as to improve the final balance accuracy and efficiency of crankshaft.
The reduction of the initial inequality measurement of the crankshaft is particularly important for crankshaft with a balanced weight distribution block. Small inequality measurement means that the quality removed from the balance weight adjustment block is less, thus ensuring the internal quality compensation of the crankshaft in the structural design.
