    The module unit can individually or simultaneously compensate for three-phase unbalanced new power NLB series three-phase load regulator TLB product, which can effectively suppress the three-phase current imbalance of the grid, dampen the grid resonance, and dynamically compensate the system for reactive power. In a short period of time, we can complete the conversion from the volumetric reactive power to the rated reactive power, and we can be competent to compensate for the impact load, and there will be no problems such as overpayment or inadequate compensation, which can not be achieved by traditional reactive power compensation equipment.     Description
    The Novtium NLB series of three phase load balancers (TLBs) can effectively restrain the three-phase current imbalance in power network, damp the resonance of power network, dynamically compensate the reactive power of system, complete the interconversion of rated capacitive reactive power and the rated inductive reactive power, and is competent to compensate the impact load, free of over-compensation or under-compensation, which can not be reached by the traditional reactive power compensation equipment. It applies to all working conditions in combination with the significant energy-saving features.

    ?TLB treatment scheme

          The project of three-phase imbalance treatment with distribution transformer in X Village of Huaiyang County in Henan Province, and the distribution transformer is 10kV/400V auto capacity and voltage-adjustment type, with a capacity of 100-315kVA.
           Before compensation, the current imbalance is computed as:
           Average current value= (91.8+55.3+47.8)/3 = 64.97A
           The maximum three-phase current difference value it taken as 26.83
          Phase A difference value = |64.97 – 91.8| = 26.83
          Phase B difference value =|64.97 – 55.3| = 9.67
          Phase C difference value= |64.97 – 47.8| = 17.17
          Get: Degree of current imbalance =26.83/64.97 *100% = 41.3%
          After compensation, the current imbalance is computed as:
          Average current value= (79.2+70.3+75.1)/3 = 74.87A, about 10A bigger than the previous value, due to the slight increase of load at noon
          The maximum three-phase current difference value it taken as 4.57
          Phase A difference value= |74.87 – 79.2| = 4.33
          Phase B difference value= |74.87 – 70.3| = 4.57
          Phase C difference value= |74.87 – 75.1| = 0.23
          Get: Degree of current imbalance =4.57/74.87 *100% = 6.1%
          Based on the results, after the three-phase load balancer is put into service, the three-phase imbalance degree reduces from 41.3% to 6.1%, and null line current reduces from 72.6A to 15.9 A, The power factorrate is maintained at 0.99.
