The main shaft of the grinding wheel is a sleeve type dynamic static pressure spindle system, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and strong rigidity. The linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 60m/s (special order), and the speed of the CBN grinding wheel can reach 80m/s (special order).
Two-axis linkage feed, worktable (Z axis), grinding wheel frame (X axis) are AC servo-ball screw drive, the highest speed can reach 10 m/min; grinding wheel frame (X axis) feed using special vibration absorption measures.
Various types of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed at the back of the head rack) to achieve precise NC dressing, suitable for grinding the cylindrical surface, conical surface, formed cylindrical surface, R surface and groove. Batch grinding of the conical surface can ensure that the accuracy of coordination can reach more than 80%; and automatic compensation.
An imported or domestic active measuring device is configured to achieve full closed loop control of grinding.
Adopting imported advanced NC system, it has the functions of program transformation in grinding process, workpiece quality management, machine tool condition monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm, etc. It is easy to input with menu interface.
